A trip to the Vet's

Ani had her 1st visit with the Vet today, we took her to the Babylon Animal Hospital on Montalk Highway in Lindenhurst (the Hempstead Animal Shelter had given us a list of vets that would wave the office visit fee for the 1st visit and we picked this one). The doctor gave took some blood to run some tests and other wise she has a clean bill of health! We also got her some shampoo so we could give her a bath tonight. After the tests and some medicines for heartworm and the coughing and sneezing and the shampoo the total bill came to $240.00; a lot of money for us right now, but very well spent! So here are some pictures of a CLEAN Ani trying to get herself dry on her blanket...

Lucielle - Scott said it's after the song and BB King's guitar
Trixie - which just reminds me of the Honeymooners and I don't want her going to the moon :)

We Got A Dog

Scott called me from work yesterday and told me to check out this dog on Suffolk Unleashed (www.suffolkcountyunleashed.com)

We all thought that she was cute and we went to the Hempstead Shelter today to take a look at her and fell in love with her! They let us have her and she is all ours, YIPPIE !!!!

She didn't have a name and we are open to suggestions, but I say we need to let her show us who she is personality and trait wise before we actually settle on a name for her.

Well we got between 10 and 12 inches of snow last night, depending on where I stuck the yard stick, so I went out to take a few pictures! This is the neighborhood stray, we call her fluffernutter, she was born the spring that we moved into the house and is the kitten of my next door neighbors cat, but they do not believe that they should spay their cat or that they are responsible for any of her kittens.

And this is another kitten from the neighbors cat, almost a year old, we call him socks and shoes.

As you can see I try to make sure that they have something warm in their tummies, that's warm milk that I put out for them.

Anthony's Yankee's Hat

Well, after MANY knit-ups and rip-outs Anthony has FINALLY gotten his Christmas Hat! It isn't what I had originally planed it to be, originally I had the NY circling the hat done in Fair Isle, but because I am such a tight knitter I had to settle on duplicate stitching it in; and because I was so depressed about being robbed instead of circling the hat it only has the NY on it once. So here is Anthony wearing his hat.

After taking a really good look at these pictures I think I'll make him another hat, when I'm not so shaken up about robberies, that is longer so that he can cuff it up if he wants and a bit less tight on the top.

Trip to the Police Station

Scott and I took a trip to the police station today to try and get a copy of the police report and a reciept for my candlestick phone. The officer on duty there said that they should have left a slip of paper with us and it should have had the report number on it. I told him that they didn't and that the detective also took my candlestick phone and didn't give me anything saying that he had taken it. The officer said that they don't do that and wrote down the detectives name and phone number as well as the case number on a piece of paper for us so the we at least have that.

So now it's just a waiting process to see if I will be getting my phone back.

Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you last night the detective told us that they are looking for two white guys in a Gold Ford Explorer that have been going up and down Route 112 and stealing ladies pocketbooks out of their shopping carts as they are loading the groceries into their cars and that they think that these two guys are the same two that robbed not only us but some other houses over here. All the houses that have been robbed only had their cash taken and nothing else. The detective said that it's probably because of the rise in Hirone (sorry about the spelling) addiction in this area.

We've been here three years and we've been robbed three times,(1st year they stole Joseph from my Nativity scene[who steals a religous item, what kind of asses are these people], 2nd year they came right up to the house and stole my gasing ball [not the stand mind you, just the ball] and now they break into the house and steal my state dollars, 1/2 dollars and dollar coins) each time a bit closer; what's next?

We've Been Robbed!!!

Scott and I came home tonight and our house was broken into and robbed!

We had left around 7p.m. and gone up to K-Mart to return a few things, while we were gone someone climbed through the laundry room window, very carefully I might add since they were kind enough to place my candlestick phone upright on the grass outside the window, they went through Scotts jewerly box, didn't find anything that they wanted and proceded to rummage through my socks and underware (the thought of someone pawing at my old lady underware just creeps me out...YUCK)! Then they carefully went through my center draw and took all my state quarters and Sackajawana (sorry about the spelling, but you know what I mean) dollar coins that I had been collecting. Then they pulled a few trinket boxes out of the top of my closet and dumped the quarters, 1/2 dollars and dollar coins out of them too.

We think that Anthony's comming home about 8 p.m. must have scared them and they left, closing the window in the laundry room most of the way behind them.

We got home about 8:15 p.m.; Scott tossed the bag from K-Mart onto our bed and then turned the light on and saw his jewerly box. He asked me if I had been in his jewerly box looking for something and I said that I hadn't and then I walked into the room to see my dresser all rummaged through.

Scott called Scotty and I called Dennis to see if either one of them had gone through our things, but we knew that they hadn't because there isn't anything there for them. If either one of them needed money they would have just asked us for it, the same with their friends, we would have just loaned them what ever we had. Both of the kids said that they hadn't been home; I went next door and asked Anthony if he had heard or seen anything over at our house and he said no and that he hadn't been home that long. I told him that we were robbed and he came back with me. I called the police and reported the break in and while waiting for the cops to come I went to the around the corner neighbor and asked if they had see or heard anything since our laundry room window faces their kitchen window. The lady said that she hadn't seen or heard anything and then went and asked her son if he had seen or heard anything. Her son said that he had seen two white guys parked in a gold SUV, but he didn't know what it was about so he didn't pay any attention to them. I thanked them for the information and said that I would let the police know what the son had told me.

As I was walking back to the house the cops pulled up and we showed them everything that was the way it was when we had gotten home. They took a report and called a detective to come and take some fingerprints. I told them what the neighbors son told me and they were going to go door to door to the neighbors to see if anyone else saw anything.

The detective came and took pictures of the window in the laundry room and then fingerprinted the window, that stuff is a pain to wash off I had to use the 409 and scrub it off, it's a fine black dust and I'm still cleaning it up, but if they got fingerprints to catch the guys that did this then it's all worth it.

In the end the robbers got between $100 and $500 worth of coins from us. They never even tried to take Scott's computer although Scotty said that it looks like they were trying to take his. They didn't go for the TV's either.

I'm just glad that what ever scared them off (I think it was Anthony) did, because we don't have anything of real value here and they would have just been stealing things that are close and dear to my heart.

The detective took the candlestick phone for fingerprints and said that if they catch the guys that that would be a key piece of evidence if there are any fingerprints on it. I just hope that I get my phone back because we weren't given anything at all to show that he took it, no police report about the robbery with the case number no reciept that the detective took the candlestick phone, nothing. Although I did get the detectives business card, but that dosen't prove anything.

I spent most of the night cleaning up my draws and washing all my underware and socks to get the creepy robber cooties off of them.

We visited with Scott's niece Melissa and her husband Will this weekend and I got to spend some time with my precious Grandniece Elizabeth.

There is nothing that can make a person smile more than a child; especially when she's dancing and singing!

And then Mel got him to actually look at the camera! I don't know why but niether of the Scotts will let me get a nice picture of them; I'll be printing this one for my wallett.

SocksToeUp Beginners Sock KAL - Toes DONE!

This year I was accepted into the Yahoo Group SocksToeUp, I am trying my best to keep up with their Beginner Sock KAL (Knit A Long) and I am making the socks for my bestfriend Vicky. This is what I've been able to complete, with a lot of trips to the frog pond, so far, THE TOES ARE FINALLY DONE!...

Well I said I was going to try and keep this blog updated a bit better than it was last year and this is my starting try at it!

As far as the family goes, we are all okay health wise. Scott and Scotty are both working and I am still looking for a job although I really am getting tired of hearing how old my skills are, or 'wow, you've been out of school a long time' every time I go for an interview. At one place the receptionist even told me "off the record, they won't hire anyone in the 30's or older because they are afraid of their getting hurt and having to pay disability". Well I'm sticking to my guns and there is no way I am going back to retail! I HATE working those crazy hours and never having weekends and holidays off. See what happens when you have kids, you put your kids first like a good mom should and you put your career on the back burner; then when your kids are all grown and going off to college you try to get your life back on track just to run straight into a brick wall because you're too old!

Well on a better note, I am finally knitting myself the sweater that I wanted to make over 2 years ago! I'll post some pictures after I finally finish it in another month or so.

I made a New York Yankees logo ski hat for Anthony for Christmas, but it was way to big so I am in the process of re-knitting it now. As well as making 2 different pairs of socks as I find the time to do them.

Well that's it for now. Guess if there is anyone out there still following this blog they'll let me know.

Well my reunion was this past Sunday, June 28, 2000, at Smith's Point Beach and I just didn't notice how fast the time was slipping by so of course I missed it! There's a glimmer of light at the end of my tunnel

After so many applications,in person, on line and faxed, and so many interviews where you can tell by the questions that they think I'm just too old; tonight I finally saw a glimmer of hope at the end of a long tunnel!

I just got off the phone with the School District that I applied to for teaching Night School and it looks like I just might be teaching a Beginning Knitting class there on Tuesday nights this coming fall. The woman said that she is just going to check a few references and that there has to be enough people who sign up for the course for them to be able to validate having the class.

Yeah, I know that there may not be a lot of people who want to take a Beginning Knitting course, but then again there just might!

So, EVERYONE...PLEASE keep your fingers crossed and your prayers going so that I just might be able to do this.

When I was young I wanted to be a teacher but school was expensive and I had to pay for it myself so this is my 2ND chance, my "other door" so to speak. I know that I can do this, I just need the opportunity to be able to prove myself!

So, Pray, Pray and Pray some more so that GOD will grant me this hearts desire of mine.

Well, for some reason I had April 11 as the day that Scott's niece would have her baby and sure enough she went into labor on Saturday April 11th, but she didn't have this precious little bundle of love until Easter Sunday, April 12th! But Scott still loves me, Dennis and Scotty haven't forced me into Grandmotherhood, I've got my best friend Vicky as well as all my other friends, and my Mom and my best guy friend David are both still alive! So seriously, besides my needing a job and a car, to replace the one that the drunk destroyed when he hit Scotty last year, I think that I'm doing okay!!!

Ha, I just took a good look at the picture and you can see me in the family picture from 16 or 18 years ago, I was a bit thinner in the face then!

Well today I took my first class on crochet through the library. The teacher seems very nice and she was very patient with our small group. Her instructions were very clear and she went to each and every one of us to make sure that we were doing the stitches that she taught us correctly.

Test Knitting for Susan

I'm in a Dishcloth group where the designer will ask for volunteers every now and then to test knit her designs.

This past weekend I test knitted a Rocking Horse, I did it in Pale Pink, but the scanner picture came out white

and the camera picture wasn't good either.

I also knitted the number 18 in a Pale Purple.

Scott's cutting

Well, I guess that I am just a paper cutting machine these past few days. Scott brought home the Blues Brothers cutting that I had done for him back in 2003 because it was fading really badly, I had cut it out of construction paper because I didn't know about card stock at the time. So I cut another one for him and then I elevated it with foam board right above the faded original which gave the new cutting a cool shadow effect. Any way, here is the new cutting.

Paper Cuttings for Anthony, Carmen and Ron

Anthony wasn't feeling 100% a few weeks ago and his mom and dad had to go to work so I got to spend the day with him.

I found out that Anthony likes Elvis!

Well Anthony is feeling fine now and he is back to school, but to thank him and his mom and dad for allowing me to spend the day with him I did these 3 paper cuttings.

Of course I had to cut Elvis for Anthony.

Then I cut this Flower Cross for his mom Carmen.

After searching I was able to find and then cut Mr. Spock for his dad Ron.

Scott brought all the cuttings into work with him to give to Ron. Scott said that Ron has his hanging on his wall at work and that Carmen loved the cross, but Ron wasn't even sure if Anthony saw his yet because they had to run out to the store and he couldn't remember if he gave Elvis to Anthony or not. Men, go figure!

Onsie

I found a pattern for a Onsie on the internet at Bev' Country Cottage. The pattern was written by someone called Aunt B. Unfortunatly the pattern didn't give a good picture of where to place the buttons so I had to wing it, but I think that this onsie came out pretty good. It's made so that you lay it down and then just lay the baby on top of it.

Then you button the sholders and the front.

Then you bring up the diaper portion and 1st button the front to the diaper front and then each leg opening. Since this one was the first one that I made I used just plain ol' white yarn. I think that the next one will be in a varigated to see what it will look like.

Baby Sweater

Mom said that someone had a little boy and that they didn't have much for him, so I knitted this up for them.

Yeah, I know, I said that I was going to do more papercutting this year! But knitting relaxes me while papercutting fustrates me when I wind up cutting off a piece that I wasn't suppose to cut off.

Any way, I hope that the baby fits into it.

Friendship Is The Very Best Of All Gifts!

Okay, like I had said, it's been over a year since I cut anything so the 1st one's for my friend Judith!

It's a pass along card, you replace the center paper, which is where you put your note, with a new piece of paper and send it on to a good friend.

What makes this unique is that on the inside of the card itself you put one of those self sticking return address labels so that as it goes along its merry way the new receipant can see where the card has been.

So this one's for you Judith because you are a very good friend!

I can't believe it's been over a year!

Wow, the last time that I actually sat and posted was back in November of 2007. I'm surprised that I've still got this blog page.

So I guess that I should try to sum up 2008 for anyone who is looking for an update.

2008 was a real hard year for my family. My mom and I had a big argument that we have since settled. Both my father and Scott's dad passed. One of my best friends had a stroke. I was completely deaf for 2 weeks due to an ear infection; spent my whole 2 weeks vacation in St Charles. Scotty was hit by a drunk driver while he was driving my little Miata he wasn't harmed physically, but he has been broken mentally! I'm just glad that the no good lousy drunk didn't hurt anyone else! Needles to say my car is a total loss and because of a ton of bills it hasn't been and it doesn't look like it will be replaced any time soon. Then to close out the year I was let go from my job due to the economy.

So since we had a really bad 2008, 2009 should be a bit better!

I look at it this way, I still have my mom, my husband and kids are healthy, I've still got my friends and only GOD knows how, but my bills are actually getting paid! I'm one of the luckiest people alive!

Yeah, I'm still looking for a job, but guess what, I know that the right job will come along soon and that I just have to look for it because it's not going to just call me and say hey come work here! Unless it's the job that let me go back in December and then I will gladly be back at work!

Well, like I said 2009 is going to be a better year! My friend Jennifer had a little boy in January and my niece Melissa is going to be having a little girl in either March or April. So I've been knitting up baby things.

Jennifer is getting a puppy sweater for little Brian.

And Melissa is getting a sweater for her little girl also.

My father's brother's grandson had a little boy and I'm making a sweater for my mom to give him also, but it's not done yet so I can't post a picture of it.

Last year I started a block of the month class at my LYS and I am in the process of crocheting all the blocks together. Both Scott and I really aren't thrilled with the way the blanket looks with the squares crocheted together and I'm actually threatening to just rip it all apart and just knit the whole thing over so that I'm actually happy with the way it will look when it's done.

I didn't cut anything this past year, the knitting kinda got out of hand.

Well, that's it for now. I will try to post a lot more often than I did last year, until then...Happy knitting and cutting!

A quick update

Well, it's been at least 5 months since I last posted, but as you know an old house can take a lot of your time and money, and that is just what this one is doing! Between working, trying to keep up with the house, Scotty and Scott I don't find a lot of time for myself any more. One good thing is that I can knit and cut at work so I am getting some relaxing done.

Scotty is 18 now and driving me nuts worse than ever! He finished summer school and they gave him his diploma, but it just killed me that he failed a class that he could have passed if he would have just handed his work in! I honestly think that he wanted to fail! Both he and his best friend failed classes that they both normally do good in and passed the classes that they normally do bad in. He had gotten into trouble at the high school over the summer because he was trying to teach JR (his best friend) how to drive and the security guard told them that they were driving eracticly and they were to get off the school grounds and stay off! Well in August JR went off to Florida to stay with his dad (he didn't want to live by his mom & step dad's rules) and Scotty started taking film and audio classes at our local community college; he wants to be a film conformity person (the guy who makes sure that everything is in the correct place and position between film cuts); he is also working almost full time at Hollywood Video. He borrowed some money from Scott's dad and got himself another used car (I don't know if you remember that his was crashed into back in March, I think it was).

Scott is still working at the same place; General Electric bought them out so he works for GE now. It came in handy when we bought the dishwasher, washer and dryer because when we went into PC Richards with the print out of what GE would charge us the sales person was able to beat the GE price and we didn't need to pay for delivery since we picked everything up from the store.

As for me, I'm still working at the Bread factory. I've been knitting a bit and cutting a few things but I've gotten way way behind on my usual reading.

So there you have it, our lives are pretty much the same, just a bit different.

Okay, I just realized that I haven't been here since way, way back in January, so I guess that I should do some sort of update here so here goes!

In January:

I started my new job at the bread factory

In February:

We finally brought our first house. It was originally built in the 1930's or at least that is as far back that the lady we brought the house from was able to find out.

My baby boy turned 18!!

We moved from Ronkonkoma, where I always thought I would spend the rest of my life, to Patchouge, a town that I never ever wanted to live in.

In March:

We started to settle into the house.

In April:

We filed our income taxes.

In May:

We put the celing fans up, found the tiles for the kitchen and started clearing out the land.

In June:

I figured out that I needed to update this blog.

Scott's niece Melissa got her Doctorite in Education, all hail Doc Mel!!!

Scotty managed to finally pass his English class and dosen't need to take it in summer school, wish that I could say the same for his Social Studies class!

Our neighbor's daughter is starting to teach me Spanish! So, even though I don't write it correctly (I write it out the way I need to say it) Gra-c-ah's for reading my blog and Ah-sta Lou-a-go!

I'm Finally Getting My OWN HOME!!!

Okay, I wasn't going to say anything until all the papers were signed and we had a moving date, but well something tells me that this house is the one!

So here it goes, after being married for 20 years and having to go through so many medical problems it looks like we are FINALLY getting a home of our own!

The house is in the Cannan Lake area of Patchogue. It is a corner house and the elementary school is just one block away, Scotty is looking forward to being able to skateboard in the parking lot. It has 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen, 1/4 basement and the garage was converted into a studio apartment, but the kitchen was removed so that it could be sold.

The owner was asking more than we can afford, but after a little hagling the owner accepted our final bid.

Scott had the construction engineer come in and inspect the house. There are a few major things that the engineer said that we should have the owner fix before we move in.

*The water heater needed to be serviced because it had some type of blockage - according to the real estate agent this has been taken care of.

*The oil tank located outside has a crumbling leg - the real estate agent said that the owner had an oil company come and that they said it wasn't the leg but the cement block that supports the leg - We had a friend who works for an oil company go and check it out, he said that it was an indoor tank and should be replaced with an actual outdoor tank because it won't last being outdoors - so now Scott has to spoke with the real estate agent about changing the oil tank, but the owner will not do it and he agreed to just having the leg fixed. I'm not happy with this but it doesn't look like I have a say in it.

*There is something up with the electrical wiring in the attic (ceiling lights) that needs to be looked at - the owner is suppose to be having an electrician coming in to fix it, but as of today this hasn't been taken care of yet.

*There is some termite damage to 1 piece of wood under the doorway, but the termites had been taken care of and the house looks to be termite free - Scott said that he really isn't worried about this and that he would most likely just put a good piece of wood on either side of the termite damaged one as support instead of having it removed and replaced.
I told Scott that I want an offical termite inspection done.

I told Scott that I want the garbage from the birds building nests in the roof vents removed from the attic before we move in. I want to make sure that there are no living things in that pile of garbage!

Other wise the house is in pretty good condition!

+We need to do something with the shower stall in the apartment, it's really gross! Scott went to price a new shower stall today and found out that we can't replace it because the outside dimensions are 30x30 and all the new shower stalls that he saw were 32x32 (then you have to add the wall for the outside dimensions), so the new models will not fit into the existing bathroom and because of the pipes we can not move the wall to make the bathroom larger.

+We also have to put the kitchen back into the apartment, I said that I wanted to do a dorm room sized refrigerator, a 2 burner hot plate, a toaster oven and that who ever rents the place can do their dishes in the bathroom sink. Scott wants to put a sink, counter and lower cabinets as well as a larger refrigerator and a microwave. So we have a bit of talking about this to do.

Either way I want to make this a legal apartment because I do not want to get into any trouble with the town and wind up having to pay fines or what have you.

Well Scott and I just signed our part of the contract and our lawyer has put in our stipulations for the repairs. We should be hearing from the owners lawyer as far as if she will accept our terms or not within a week or so and from then on we will be offically "in contract".

Needless to say that my stomach and guts are all twisted up and in knots. We are spending OVER A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS on this house! I have never been in so much debt in my life and hope that I never will have to be in this kind of debt again. I keep worrying that something will happen and we will loose the house. Scott can not understand that to me loosing your house to foreclosure, in my mind, is the absolute worst thing in the world that could happen. It is the ultimate proof that my husband and myself can not provide for our family or each other. So even though I am the one who pays the bills and knows what we can and can not afford he just keeps telling me not to worry, everything will be just fine, it's only going to cost between $500 and $1000 to put the apartment back together, and that the mortgage payment is ONLY $30 for every $5000 that you take the loan out for. On top of that there are all of our other bills which will not be changing and I can actually see the charge card balances getting larger as we speak. I honestly don't know how we will be able to afford this but I also know that I will do what ever it takes to make sure that we do not loose our home. Besides GOD is watching over us and I know that after waiting for 20 years for my one wish HE will not allow it to be taken away. I also know that renting out the studio apartment will help.

Any way I just wanted to ask everyone to please pray that we don't get bumped again for another persons offer and that somehow we can afford this house.

I hope that the pictures come out, they are the ones that the inspector took. Scott did the floor plan on the computer.

The Wal-Mart Interview

The Wal-Mart interview was a joke!

First this lady was busy trying to get her daughter set up to work, but the daughter kept saying "mom what if they find out about it" her mom kept telling her to not worry that she was her daughter and that no one would check. This kind of got me a little curious as to what they wouldn't check, but I told my self to mind my own business.

Then when the lady finally got herself squared away she once again asked me my name, she must have asked me my name at least 8 times in the 10 minutes that I was waiting for her to get organized, when she looked me up in the computer she said, and I'm not lying about this, "Oh, you were hired at Centereach already!" (I was at the East Setauket store for the interview) I told her that that was impossible since I hadn't had an interview at the Centereach store and that her interview was the first one that I had ever been to for any Wal-Mart store. She got all flustered and said ok then forget what I said and handed me off to my mothers manager who asked her what she wanted him to do with me. She told him to just get all the new hire paperwork done and set me up that she needed me to start last week and to put in payroll hours for last week. I did not like the way that this was starting to look and neither did my mom's manager because he said that he wasn't signing anything saying that I started last week and that she could put in for the payroll. Well I kept telling myself to just keep an open mind that Wal-Mart couldn't possible be so messed up in their management, that this was probably just a bad day for everyone.

Well as my mom's manager was having me sign all of the new hire paperwork he finally came across the rate of pay and I don't know how, but I didn't laugh out loud! Now keep in mind that I don't know what the living expenses are by you, but they are VERY high here on Long Island. Wal-Mart was offering me a whole $8.50 to start because I have a lot of experience. I asked what they start people out with that have no experience and he said on Long Island they usually start at $8.00. I told him that with all my past experience and the fact that I am already working for more than what they were offering I would have to pass on their job offer.

As we were leaving the store I asked my mom if Wal-Mart was always that bad in their office and she said "oh no this was a good day". Then I said okay mom if this was a good day then since Wal-Mart pushed out Caldor, which store is going to push out Wal-Mart because they have a very poor office standard and on top of all the bad publicity their internal operations are horrible too. That's when she told me she was looking to get a job a BJ's Warehouse.

I'll tell you, I was the Store Administrator when I was at the WIZ and we NEVER had a bad day as bad as Wal-Marts good day. I hope that I never work at anywhere that their good day is like that!

Oh well, that's how the interview went. figured that you would all like the giggle from it.

SUNY Hospital Interview

Well I went for an interview today with SUNY Hospital for Research Foundation Support in the Pediatric Services Department. I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY would LOVE to get this job!!!!

I want this job because it's my way of being able to help people. I can't be a nurse or a doctor because the sight of blood makes me want to vomit, but helping people get as much money to pay for their medical bills, to me any way, is just as good a way to help and the fact that it would be to help children is like the whip cream on top of the ice cream.

I know that I'm not familiar with their computer system at all, but given a week I know that I would be able to use it with no problems.

Although I did get the interview for the position, my gut feeling tells me that I won't get it. Especially since the lady that interviewed me said that there were 17 applicants and only 1 position, and that I shouldn't take it badly if I don't get a call and also that it took her 30 different interviews to be able to get a job in the hospital.

Actually when I left there I had the "who do you think you are trying to kid" feeling. You know the "you can't do that job, you can't do anything but be a cashier because you're not good enough" feeling. Then I got off the pity potty and said that if they didn't choose me then fine I'll just keep sending in my resume for other positions until I get one!
